Alexa Kirby is an operations associate at New Republic Partners. She oversees operational process creation and assists in the firm’s onboarding and integration of new clients.

Alexa has served as a chief of staff and office manager in the wealth management industry for the past 7 years. In prior roles, she spearheaded the adoption of project management practices and was instrumental in creating, improving and automating operational processes.

She serves on the board for the American Society of Administrative Professionals where she provides insight for the development of training sessions and participates in panel discussions at the organization’s annual conferences nationwide.

Alexa graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in cultural anthropology and a minor in studio art. She also received her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ certification from the College for Financial Planning.
