Dewey Teden is a vice president for New Republic Securities where he works with clients to meet their needs for leverage and liquidity and to identify opportunities for them to participate in private investment opportunities offered by the firm.

Dewey brings extensive experience in working with commercial clients as well as high net worth individuals. Prior to joining the firm, he was a relationship manager at First National Bank responsible for developing loans for commercial and industrial operating companies.

His prior experience includes roles as a senior relationship associate at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. where he worked as a principal point of contact for affluent clients and managed their investment portfolios. He worked at Davenport Asset Management as an investment research manager, performing research and due diligence on outside fund managers.

Dewey is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics.

He is a YMCA youth basketball coach and a junior board member of the British American Business Council.
