Amy Violette is the compliance manager for New Republic Partners. Reporting to the chief compliance officer, she serves as a strategic partner to firm leadership. She oversees the firm’s regulatory compliance activities, interfacing with regulators, external compliance audit professionals, and firm leaders, advisors and staff.

Amy is a senior compliance and risk professional with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including leadership roles with Wells Fargo, LPL Financial and Merrill Lynch. Her proven expertise in compliance governance, executive reporting, regulatory issue management, and compliance program effectiveness provides the firm with guidance on complex compliance topics, processes and standards.

Her focus on firm-wide risk transparency, scalable governance frameworks, and data-driven reporting strengthens the firm’s compliance programs and provides valuable guideposts for growth strategies.

Amy is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College with a B.S in marketing and minor in economics. She also holds advanced industry certifications.
