Kaitlyn E. Salgueiro

Client Service Associate

Kait Salgueiro is a client service associate at New Republic Partners. She manages the onboarding process for the firm’s wealth advisory clients and assists with client requests and account management.  

Prior to joining the firm, Kait served as a client service manager for Barings where she led the firm’s Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Client directive. In addition to her regulatory work, she specialized in providing customized service to financial advisors and clients. Kait began her career as a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual. 

She currently serves on the Young Alumni Council and Women’s Impact Network for Furman University. Her partnership with her alma-mater is tailored to help new graduates transition out of college and create meaningful connections among female alumnae. She counsels the alumni board on matters impacting young alumni and advocates for new graduates as they transition to alumni status. 

She is a former board member of the American Academy of Sports Dieticians and Nutritionists (AASDN) where she served as the financial consultant for the nonprofit. 

Kait graduated from Furman University magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a focus in finance.
