Charlotte is the investment operations manager at New Republic Partners. She oversees fund administration and service providers, leads the firm’s comprehensive investment operations, and manages reporting for the firm’s investment funds.

Charlotte brings extensive experience in operations and portfolio reporting for investment clients. She spent a decade at Global Endowment Management, working most recently as director of portfolio reporting for institutional clients. Prior to that role, she served as an operations associate and as a coordinator with the public investments team.

Charlotte graduated magna cum laude from Wofford College with a B.A. in finance and a minor in economics.

She served as a Heart Math tutor for more than eight years and was also a member of the grants committee for the Women’s Impact Fund.
