Lauren Hipp serves as a client service associate at New Republic Partners where she supports the wealth advisory team with client onboarding, client requests and account management.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren served as a wealth associate at Opus Capital Management LLC, where she worked with high-net-worth families and endowments. She supported portfolio managers at the firm and ensured all clients were met with the highest quality client service. She also led client onboarding, reporting and marketing efforts for the firm.

She began her career as a client service associate at UBS Financial Services on their largest team in Cincinnati. She was also a wealth management intern for the firm while completing her degree.

Lauren graduated magna cum laude from Xavier University with a B.A. in marketing and a minor in finance. At Xavier, she served as a member of the board for Relay for Life, was a member of the Entrepreneurial Club, and was captain of the university club field hockey team.

Lauren serves as a volunteer and member at Vizion Church in Charlotte.
