Meghan McArdle serves as an operations associate at New Republic Partners, playing a pivotal role in both advisory and fund investment operations. Her responsibilities include process design and implementation, data management and operational support across digital platforms.

Previously, Meghan held the position of business operations manager at a SaaS company, overseeing software implementations, client onboarding, and reporting. She started her career in the non-profit sector before she transitioned into the tech industry.

Meghan holds a B.A. in sociology with a minor in psychology from Saint Bonaventure University. She actively contributes to her Charlotte Alumni Chapter, participating in fundraising efforts and offering mentorship to university students.
